 Now Searching for Pickleball Coaches!

Drives and Drops is looking for passionate, personable pickleball coaches to join our team at our new premium indoor facility in Port Coquitlam.

We’re seeking coaches who love the game, enjoy working with players of all skill levels, and are excited to help build a strong, welcoming pickleball community from the ground up.

Coaching opportunities may include:

• private lessons
• semi-private lessons
• group clinics
• beginner and skill-development programs
• youth programming
• coached open play or specialty sessions

What we’re looking for:

• DUPR rating of 4.0+
• NCCP and/or IPTPA certification
• prior coaching experience preferred
• strong communication skills and a positive, coaching-focused attitude
• a genuine passion for helping players improve in a fun and supportive environment
