Now Hiring Facility Attendants (PT/FT)

Drives and Drops is looking for friendly, reliable, and energetic Facility Attendants to join our team at our new premium indoor pickleball facility in Port Coquitlam.

As a Facility Attendant, you will help create the first impression for anyone who walks through our doors. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in keeping a space clean and running smoothly, and is excited to be part of a growing community-focused facility.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist members and guests at the front desk 
• Help players with bookings, registrations, and general inquiries 
• Support daily operations and opening/closing duties
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility, including courts, washrooms, and common spaces 
• Help restock supplies and support day-to-day operational needs as required 

What we’re looking for

• Friendly, professional, and approachable attitude 
• Strong customer service and communication skills 
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently 
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of cleanliness and organization 
• Must be familiar with pickleball and comfortable interacting with players and members in a pickleball-focused environment 
• Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays 
• Previous customer service, recreation, hospitality, or facility experience is an asset
