At Drives and Drops Pickleball, we use a waitlist to give players the opportunity to join if a registered participant withdraws. If a spot becomes available, players on the waitlist will be automatically registered in the order they appear on the waitlist.
If you are no longer available to play, please remember to remove yourself from the waitlist prior to the 24-hour cancellation window so other players have the opportunity to join.
Your experience matters to us. The following refund policy helps us balance flexibility for players with fair access to courts and programs.
For Court Rentals
Outside of 48 hours: Full refund by account credit
Within 48 hours: No refund
For Open Plays and Events
Outside of 24 hours: Full refund by account credit
Within 24 hours: No refund
For Punch Pass Users:
Outside of 24 hours: Refund to user's punch pass
Within 24 hours: No refund
No-shows: No refund and an additional punch will be deducted from the user's punch pass
Additional information
All cancellations must be made through your CourtReserve account.
Any refunds issued will be credited to your Account Balance, and not back to your credit card.
If a session is cancelled by the system due to low enrollment, you'll receive a full refund to your original payment method (punch pass or credit card). Please allow 5-10 days for refunds processed back to credit cards.
